Toy Center South

This large office building and the adjoining, connected building to the north have been home to some of the biggest names in Toys since the end of World War I. It is built on the site of the old Fifth Avenue Hotel where Mark Twain, famed Swedish singer Jenny Lind, U.S. Presidents Chester A. Arthur and Ulysses S. Grant, the Prince of Wales and dignitaries from as far as Siam and Brazil, all stayed.
