American Museum of Natural History

The museum of natural history came into exsistance on April 6th, 1869, although it didn't move to its current location until 1877. Theodore Roosevelt was one of the museums' early supporters. Although it contains many different exhibits, it will always be known to children everywhere as the dinosaur museum.

  Although generally just referred to as "The Museum", it is clear that with its planetarium and prehistoric man displays that it was The Natural History Museum where Ross worked. It was here, inside one of the displays, that he and Rachel finally consumated their relationship after many starts and stops.
