Courthouse
The Foley Square Courthouse was designed by Cass Gilbert, one of the most prominent architects of his day. The famous Woolworth building is another of his designs. It opened in 1936.

When the Ghostbusters broke a judicial restraining order to investigate the slime beneath the New York City streets, they were tried in this courthouse. And it was here that their lawyer, Louis Tully, made their classic defense that, "...one time, I turned into a dog and they helped me. Thank you."
