As part of his plan to extract revenge from Anton, the French Restauranteur who stole his girlfriend, Sam takes a job as a busboy here at Raoul's, which in the film was owned by Anton. It is while working in the kitchen that Sam releases a bag full of cockroaches on the night a food critic comes to eat.
